Over the last few years Spumador has invested heavily in state-of-the-art aseptic facilities (currently the Company owns 3 aseptic lines) which allow for packaging of non-carbonated beverages in a PET format. Products packaged in this way include sports drinks, iced teas, fruit juices, nectars, 100% fruit juice, soy based drinks and dairy.
Spumador has several aseptic solutions available: transparent or coloured PET (monolayer and multilayer), roll-fed label or full-body sleeve, flat tap or sport closure, transparent or personalised shrink film, single-pack or multi-pack, pallet 80x120 or 100x120 (UK).

Aseptic lines incorporate several packaging lines including homogenisation, pasteurisation, UHT, as well as an HACCP system. The lines are checked annually to ensure the highest quality for our customers.

The versatility of our technical department in the development and commercialisation phase of a new bottling project, coupled with the daily assistance and support we offer our clients, together enhance the range of services Spumador can offer its customers.
