Spumador Group has produced 890 milion liters in 2008 (between mineral water and soft drinks) with about 160 mio euros of net revenues.
It operates with 5 production facilities in Italy: Caslino al Piano (CO), Sant’Andrea (PR), Spinone al Lago (BG), Quarona Sesia (VC) and the new aquired Gussago (BS), for a total of 21 production lines: 4 of which work in aseptic bottling production.
Our products embrace all sectors of the non-alcoholic beverage categories: mineral water, carbonated soft drinks, functional drinks, sports drinks, isotonic and fruit juices.
Our intensive research has allowed us to develop many innovative products such as our functional drink line SanAttiva that has been enlarging with the introduction of new smoothies.
Share Composition
In September 2005 Verga Family, Spumador historical owner, gave the majority share to the private equity fund managed by LBMB, now Trilantic Capital Partners, that owns a 77% share of the Company’s capital.
As a guarantee of continuity and tradition, the Verga and Colombo families, founders of the Group, still hold a 24% participation in the Company’s capital.
