THE ESSENTIAL FORM OF WATER
Valverde mineral water takes form from a design concept by Matteo Thun, whom, thanks to his creative process, has beautifully designed a new bottle made of simple and essential lines, capturing and enhancing the water’s finest qualities: pureness and lightness.

ValVerde - Mineral Water

"Non-returnable"

ORIGINS
Valverde mineral water gushes out from under the rocks in Valsesia valley, located at the foot of Mount Rosa in Italian Alps, a natural, pristine and unpolluted environment.

CHARACTERISTICS

Because of its very low mineral content, Valverde mineral water is considered among the lightest tasting water in the world.

Total dissolved solids 37.5 mg\l: its fixed residue classifies it as a “lightly mineralized” water.
ph 6.3: its “fairly neutral” ph balance helps to neutralize gastric acids.
Most ph’s of great natural waters range between the low 6’s and the high 7’s.

ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE AND FOOD PAIRING
With its crystal-clear colour, the Valverde water is pure and free of any organoleptic (taste, colour, smell) defects. Gently odourless, taste panels have shown that Valverde has a clean mouth aftertaste, giving a sensation of pureness. The sparkling version has lasting light medium size bubbles.
Brought together, these attributes boast a light, refreshing, and balanced water.

Accompanied with FOOD: it is best served with appetizers/hors d’oeuvres, fish based courses and delicate dishes, exalting their taste.
Accompanied with WINE: thanks to its very low mineral content, it exalts the taste of the wine, without interfering with its aromas and flavours.
